Documents Required For Uniben Online & Physical Clearance
As the University of Benin, Benin City has released their admission list and you are admitted. It is important for you to know the things needed or better still required for your clearance, both online and physical clearance. Remember that Online Clearance is the clearance you do by uploading your documents on your Kofa page while Physical clearance is the one you will meet the admission officer who will then check any of those documents you upload for errors and if there is an error, the admission officer will then tell you what to do to solve it so as to be cleared.
Documents Required For Uniben Online & Physical Clearance
1. Original Jamb Result: You get this by buying a jamb scratch card, it can be printed at any cyber cafe .. N.B ur passport photograph ought to appear
2. Original Jamb Admission Letter: Get another jamb scratch card, to get this printed out
3. O’level result most preferably by original: You can get this from the school you wrote either your waec or neco
4. Local Government of Origin Certificate: This is gotten from your local government secretariat. You are to pay a stipulated amount depending on The particular local government, after which the certificate will be processed and issued
5. Birth Certificate: Just ask your mummy
6. Affidavit of Good Conduct: Go to any federal high court for this, you can either get it printed there or any cyber cafe, proceed to the court to get it signed and stamped.

7. Affidavit of non membership of secret cult: T Go to any federal high court for this, you can either get it printed there or any cyber cafe, proceed to the court to get it signed and stamped.

8. Acceptance Letter: You can get this typed at any cyber cafe. It t shows your willingness to accept the admission given to you
9. Guarantors Letter: this your guardians letter. For example, the person in charge of your education financially, name and signature of d guarantor must be included. You can also get this typed in any cyber cafe
10. ACCEPTANCE FEE
Medical students #70,000 (Seventy thousand Naira)
Other faculties #50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) Remember that you will make the payment with your ATM. Not cash.
This does not include your school fee, you will pay your school fee after you are you have done your physical clearance and you are cleared, The next thing is to pay your school fee so as to get your ELIGIBILITY FORM.
Online clearance commences on Friday 11th November 2016, after which date for physical clearance will be updated on your Kofa page.
