spin wdI am using 2 REDs 8TB of size in my desktop computer which runs 247. Windows 10 does not spin down the drives when set it to so in the energy plan. Basically i want to saveIt’s important to address the issue of your WD My Passport drive not spinning down when it’s not actively in use. Constantly spinning can indeed reduce the lifespan of the drive
