Okorocha appoints Officer in Charge of Indian Hemp (VIDEO)

Governor Rochas Okorocha has appointed an officer in Charge of Indian Hemp affairs in Imo state.

Okorochas reportedly appointed his cousin, One Mr Uche as the head of all operations against the sale and use of Indian Hemp in the state.
