Mr. Collins Ugoji Ufomadu AKA (LINO LINS) the CEO, Monac Entertainment Ltd and also the CEO, Film Planet Ltd who recently launched a filming equipment renting campaign tagged (Rent it all for 70k).
The Platform was created to encourage and assist young film makers and video directors to achieve quality video with limited resources and capital. He was recently assaulted and humiliated by some police officers in Lagos while he was on his way to a production meeting.
In his statement he stated “I was assaulted and forced to pay N300,000.00 by the police officers at their station or they will leave me to rot in the police cell for committing absolutely no crime”.
The pain and agony of his experience and encounter with this police officers have made him come together with his artists who he recently signed to his record label (MONAC ENTERTAINMENT) to make this song, as an avenue to bring it to the notice of the public and the federal government what young men in Nigeria are going through in the hands of some corrupt police officers.
