Brickz wife has revealed the reason why she reported her husband to the police over rape. Speaking through her sister Buyi Gamede since the Kwaito was found guilty, she said “We have been waiting to hear his truth and till today we haven’t heard his truth. The conviction means he raped her.
“The reason we reported the matter to the police was that Brickz and the rape survivor are relatives and we couldn’t take sides, hence the law had to [take its course],”
Gamede also says it is “fine” if Brickz is handed 20 years jail term while also refusing to communicate on Brickz marriage. “If he gets 20 years in jail that is fine, but I can’t talk about the relationship,” she said
