Former governor of Cross-river state, Donald Duke has declared his intention to run for president in 2019.
Duke, while speaking at a dinner organized by the Law Students Association of the University of Nigeria, UNN at Golden Royal Hotel, Enugu, made the declaration.
Its currently unclear the party he wishes to contest from. Watch the video below;
