Controversies are never far from rap star AKA. The latest development in AKA’s life came at the Red Bull Culture Clash on Saturday where a joke from AKA went wrongly.
AKA was representing the hip-hop crew and DJ Tira’s crew was dishing out hot house tracks. Patoranking, the Nigerian dancehall sensation, was representing Afrobeat, while Admiral and Jah Seed represented dancehall.
Things however went sideways when AKA asked, “where is Mampintsha? Is Mampintsha here, we fucked your bitch you fat motherfucker”. Gqom star Babes Wodumo is Mampintsha’s girlfriend.
AKA has now had to apologize to the couples for cracking a dead joke. AKA’s lines were from 2Pac’s “Hit Em Up” song. Check out his apology below
